Wiebke has been around horses for more than 40 years, a background in Applied Zoology and Advanced Equine Science, a postgraduate degree in Business Consultancy, and a highly successful corporate sales career before she turned that experience towards helping equestrian professionals build businesses that actually work. Tom brings over a decade of equestrian experience alongside deep technical expertise in AI, automation, and systems — he builds the infrastructure that makes everything run, including the assistant at the heart of Beyond.

 

Together they have helped over 500 equestrian professionals across multiple countries. They have run their own livery stable. They have organised national and international equestrian summits. They live and work with horses.

  • Yes. You don't need to know anything about AI before you start. Your first session with Tom is specifically designed to get you set up — so by the time Module 1 begins, you're ready to go. If you can send a voice note, you can do this.

  • Beyond is designed for people who are already busy. The audios are made for the car — most professionals listen between appointments. Around 2-3 hours a week is enough to work through the sessions and build your assistant properly. And as your assistant gets set up, it starts producing — so the time you spend gets smaller as the output gets bigger.

  • That's because it didn't know you. A generic AI tool produces generic output. What you build in Beyond is different — it's trained on your business, your voice, your clients, your positioning. The output sounds like you because it is you. That's the whole point.

Tom walks you through setting everything up in your onboarding session so you're ready before Module 1 begins.

  • This is where it gets interesting. By week 14 you have something most equestrian professionals will never have — a personalised business assistant that knows your voice, your clients, your positioning, and your offers. It lives in your Claude account for around €20 a month and it keeps working for you — generating content, drafting copy, supporting your strategy — for as long as you use it.
